Had A Vitrectomy Followed By Cataract Surgery 3 1/2 Months

Had a vitrectomy followed by cataract surgery 3 1/2 months later with a crystal lens implant. I am seeing everything smaller and with wavy lines. Both my retinal surgeon and cataract surgeon do not know why I am seeing these lines. I am afraid to do the other eye with a crystal lens. What can you tell me about the wavy lines? My macula was attached and I never had any wavy lines before either surgery.
