Had Abdominal Ultrasound A Couple Of Weeks Ago. Have Fatty

Had abdominal ultrasound a couple of weeks ago. Have fatty liver and have been taking atorvastatin for several years. Also ultrasound showed gall stones. About May or June started having diarrhea off and on maybe every 3-4 days. Thought it was from being out in the exteme heat for 3-4 hours at grandkids games and eating spicy and greasy foods at concession stands. No longer doing that but continue to have diarrhea. Could the gall bladder be a factor?
