Had An Abcess Drained And Packed / Dressed At Hospital

Had an abcess drained and packed / dressed at hospital today and advised to book in with the GP for a daily dressing. The GP's receptionist booked me in for tomorrow but then advised they do not have a nurse on duty on Thursday and fully booked on Friday. I am going to wait to see what they offer tomorrow, but I need to insist don't I, especially with it being packed
