Had An Iv Infusion Of Venofer Today Which Leaked...cannula Taken

Had an iv infusion of venofer today which leaked...cannula taken out but rash quickly spread down my arm into my hand within about twenty minutes...they quickly gave me and antihistamine and put hydrocortisone cream on and gave me a cooling pack . It wasn't painful but now eight hours later its burning and sore and the redness seems to have spread .was told to go back to get it checked tomorrow but will it dissipate on its own ?
