Had An Ultrasound At Epu Following A Miscarriage 18\08\15 Showed

Had an ultrasound at epu following a miscarriage 18\08\15
showed incomplete miscarriage with sac already passed. Normal ovaries. Advised hpt in 3 week

Done test and still positive returned to epu 11/9/15
Scan showed (as copied from sonographer report)

Endrmetrium measures 6.4mm

Left ovary appears normal

The right ovary contains cyst measuring 59 x58 x50mm. The cyst contains a single separation and also an area of low echos.likely heamorhage
Pt is symptomatic.

There is a small amount of anechoic free fluid in the pod.

No further masses seen

Impression: complete miscarriage. No rpoc. Rt sided complex ovarian cyst

This was a TV US's

Symptoms are dull ache on rgt side. Needing to urinate more.

I assumed these were hormone related to miscarriage.
I was given no explanation as it is a nurse run epu but told my go will refer to gynae team.

I work in an sau unit so am familiar with medical terms but would love an opinion on this as I am scared stiff this has grown in 3 weeks 4 days
