Had Bacterial Infection A Couple Weeks Ago. My Physician Prescribed

Had bacterial infection a couple weeks ago. My physician prescribed Z-pack antibiotic which helped greatly. During the infection I had pain in my testicle area and after taking the antibiotic it went away. I'm now noticing my testicles seem a little smaller than before and volume during ejaculation seems smaller than normal. Any ideas why that would be?
