Had Bell Palsy Almost A Year Ago And It Was

Had bell palsy almost a year ago and it was treated with steroids and laser to my face. My face returned to normal. A few months ago, I had allergy attack in my eyes, again we used steroids to clear it up and I suffer with dry eyes since the bell palsy.

Now, I am experiencing tightness in outer corner of the left eye and twinge above my upper left lip back across the check to the eye. Do you think it is just weakness from having bell palsy or something else going on with the eye?
