Had Bells Palsey In DEC, Had 2 Bouts Of Steroids/pain

Had bells palsey in DEC, had 2 bouts of steroids/pain meds. Paralysis lasted a little over a month, but have severe pain on mastoid area. Xray/ct/MRI all ruled out infection as with ENT, no middle ear infection. Had 2nd opinion from neurologist, one sent me to the ENT, was told TMJ, neurons said migraine. I have TMJ on the side that does not hurt and my migraines are more in the front of my head not side. Please no pain meds help, I just want the pain to go away. Sensitive to the touch and when i do apply pressure I can feel the veins, swollen, and pain/numbness radiate to face/neck.
