Had Bypass 18 Years Ago, Fell 3 Days Ago On

Had bypass 18 years ago, fell 3 days ago on my chest on left side and on my face. Have feeling in nerves,
or at least it feels like, right after I got my orig. surgery and was healing up . Angry nerves. I am guessing that I will just have to wait till they comm down. Does that sound like the right idea?
