Had Cabs 11 Mos Ago Recovered Well Last 2 Weeks

Had cabs 11 mos ago recovered well last 2 weeks np has elevated avg 160 tp180 over 70 to 80 got put on amlopidine and clonidine when needed. Legs have swollen and feel horrible cardio called metropol 25 was on valsartan 320 also stopped amlopidine didn't take metropol till I see cardio. On Tuesday . Could I have another blockage horrible stress at home wife very ill and I am caring for her
