Had Car Accident In July Thereafter Complained If Severe Back

Had car accident in July thereafter complained if severe back pain and stomache pain nausea. I was advised that it was my galbladder. Which was removed. The pain continued and just was diagnosed with h-pylori . Why would all this happen post accident. Should my galbladder been removed? How is h-pylori contracted or can it develop due to trauma?
