Had Chest Infection Three Weeks Ago ,, I Suffer From

Had chest infection three weeks ago ,, I suffer from asthma,, cleared up with amoxacillan.last wed had to go back to doctor as infection was back ...she diagnosed infection return and also had pleurisy very painful left side treatment 5days amoxicillan500mg and ibruprovin gel applied 4 times a day also 2 x 1000 mg paracetamol 4times a day .. Paracetamol had no effect so got parracodol from pharmacist. Seems to have reduced except pain if i cough / now Have ,stiffness pain in rear of upper left leg?
