Had Copper Coil Inserted At 6 Weeks After Baby, Periods

Had copper coil inserted at 6 weeks after baby, periods been 2 wks, 2 wks, 4 wks, 5 wks, 4 wks, and now I'm a week late so nearly 5 weeks. Last month I was very heavy, like after I had baby, very thick clots passed and bled for 7 days straight and felt very unwell on it. Last 2 days discharge has increased, it's clear but once been blood steaked. Thought having copper coil I wouldn't have this worry anymore.
