Had Dental Work Done Prescribed Amoxicillin 3 Times A Day

Had dental work done prescribed amoxicillin 3 times a day and until I have used up all the medicine - just noticed blood in urine twice today. Should I finish taking it, see a doctor right away or will this go away and what is the cause - there are no other symptoms.
