Had Diverticulitis Last 2 Days. Liquids 1 Day & Eating

Had diverticulitis last 2 days. Liquids 1 day & Eating lightly the next day. Today, diarrhea & bloated feeling. What should I eat now? Feeling good otherwise. I used 2 get diverticulitis twice a year but haven't had an episode in over a year but I usually don't get diarrhea after.
