Had Full Vaginal Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Leaving Only Ovaries. Approaching 4th

Had full vaginal laparoscopic hysterectomy leaving only ovaries. Approaching 4th week post 'll appt. Scheduled by Dr to return to work 5/4/15 but still feel slight abdominal discomfort & dull aches in vagina so nervous about returning so soon. Based on my concerns is it too early? Could I delay full recovery? Should I be discomfort free in 4weeks?
