Had Gallbladder Remove In1986, Dec Of 2015 Hospitalised With Hemoglobin

Had gallbladder remove in1986, Dec of 2015 hospitalised with hemoglobin in the 5 range. Found no active bleeding in colon or gut, did find some evidence of old blood..the pain is moderate most days, some more severe, it radiates from RT upper stomach through the back on the same side. What can you conjecture at this point? Thank you.
