Had Gallbladder Surgery Last Wk....taken A Pain Pill.....got Very Nasuea

Had gallbladder surgery last wk....taken a pain pill.....got very nasuea and vomiting...trying not to cause any pain in my stomach....was standing erect...vomiting so hard....there was a snap in my lower back....the pain was so intense I was shaking uncontrollably.....now having so much pain as I go to take a step ...getting in and out of bed ..car as I go to sit or stand there's snapping and pain...HELP
