Had Hip Replacement Surgery 8 Weeks Ago. Started On Xarelto

Had hip replacement surgery 8 weeks ago. Started on Xarelto to prevent blood clots. I was experiencing dark tarry stools and bruising. Was taken off Xarelto after 1 week, then put on aspirin therapy (81 mg twice a day). Was experiencing nausea. Taken off that after 3 weeks. Then put on Mobic for soft tissue pain. Started experiencing severe lower abdominal pain. My primary care doctor diagnosed this as gastritis caused by a stomach bleed from the Xarelto. I am now on prescription strength Pepsid, Protonix and Carafate. I've been using these meds for 3 days; but not experiencing any relief as of yet. How long does this type of stomach irritation usually last?
