Had Italian Sausages For Late Dinner Last Night. I Woke

Had italian sausages for late dinner last night. I woke up at 7am with head spinning and nausea. A bit of diarhea, washed my face with cold water and ate a piece of toast then felt better after 30 minutes.

At lunch, i had dinner leftover. Then head spinning and vomiting started again at 5pm. Felt better after vomiting and diarhea.

Could this be food poisoning?
