Had Left Lunate Removed Due To Dislocation, And 9 Months

Had left lunate removed due to dislocation, and 9 months no treatment. I have little pain, nearly full movement and strength. It will go shift out of place but go back when pressure is removed. Looking at the anatomy of the wrist. what supports the Hamate and the triquetrum bones? is it possible to have a prosthetic bone put in place of the lunate? I do heavy weight lifting.
