Had Left Nasal Reconstruction 15 Yrs Ago For Basal Ca

Had left nasal reconstruction 15 yrs ago for basal ca of ala (morpheoform - sp?). For months now have been getting sensations of tingling like tiny fleas running around the left nostril area. This makes me want to scream. Also, left nostril frequently runs, ENT Doctor finds no reason. My surgery was done after MOHs surgery and a cheek flap was done to facilitate the reconstruction. No problem for so many years but now am 'going crazy'. Have you any idea why?
