Had Massive GI Bleed In April. Discovered 3 Gastric Ulcers.

Had massive GI bleed in April. Discovered 3 gastric ulcers. Well later had difficulty breathing. To ER . Discovered was in AFib. Usually I know when it is happening. This time I didn’t. Just before they were going to give me IV cardizem 60 mg ( have been prescribed 30 mg TID) it converted. They gave me 60 mg PO. when I had my appt with cardiologist a week later, he prescribed 60 mg tid. Started that evening. I now have severe coughing a couple hours after taking the med, blood sugar higher. Had been able to keep it at 100 or lower before. Will call cardio tomorrow. I am a nurse and do a lot of my own care ( a typical nurse ). Any input?
