Had My Pap Smear Yesterday. Few Hours Later Sharp Pains

Had my pap smear yesterday. Few hours later sharp pains in lower abd., now pain left of belly button, vomiting constantly (now only bile), cold sweat, burning urethra. Called the clinic, was told it is not related. I am 63, post-menopausal, no history of any problems.
