Had My Wisdom Teeth Pulled. On Thursday. I Am Getting

Had my wisdom teeth pulled. On Thursday.
I am getting white scar tissue and now it's starting to turn dark. Is that normal? Also on the inside of my mouth I have a hard white area near the extraction site. It doesn't hurt but feel a hard and sharp. Should I be concerned?
