Had One Norflox Tz In Morning ..my Loose Motions Are

Had one norflox tz in morning ..my loose motions are subsided now. I had one more norflox in evening but after taking dnner it has worsen my conditions. I vomited out my food and stomach pain started. I could feel water moving inside my stomach. It was paining me so much that I took ENO. Now m relieved. .my loose motions strted two 7 Days back but I was not bothered as frequency was only two times a day and I was eating normal food and drinking lots of water...Now please suggest me what shall I do
