Had Pain In Sides Of My Abdoman, Attacks Were Lasting

Had pain in sides of my abdoman, attacks were lasting 3 hrs at a time. Had ultra sound done to see what problem was. The ultra sounds shows that a kdney stone didn't pass but lost it's way and causing me all this discomfort. How do I get the kidney stone to get back on track to be released in my urine to the toilet.
