Had Pneumonia Onset 12 Days Ago...tx With Inject Antibiotic And

Had pneumonia onset 12 days ago...tx with inject antibiotic and 5day regimen of antibiotic pill. Past 5 days have had severe sholder aches/pains...continued coughing....should I consider extension of antibiotic tx? Am 59yr male, typically very healthy.
