Had Problems Moving My Bowels , I Noticed I Was

Had problems moving my bowels , i noticed i was not going regularly went to the E.R. a month ago , they said i was severely constipated and was given meds to go,, I went but its not normal ,,when i try to go i only kick out gas ..I cant keep taking laxatives everyday to go.. what must i do???
