Had Right Hemicolectomy Back In July. These Last Few Weeks,

Had right hemicolectomy back in July. These last few weeks, was passing blood. After my surgeon reviewed some of my previous colonoscopies, hemorrhoids were noted. Yesterday, had another colonoscopy with three lap bandings. Since today, I have had difficulty retaining and had two accidents where I didn’t make it in time. Both time was loose to diarrhea. I noticed this morning one of the band in the toilet. Don’t know about the other ones. Should I be concerned?
