Had Stent Surgery Through Right Arm The Following Day I

Had stent surgery through right arm the following day I had pain down my right arm and my fingers where going numb.
I had an MRI Scan done on my shoulder and it showed rotor cuff tear more surgery more pain down right arm fingers still going numb.
doctor said must be Carpel tunnel syndrome more surgery.
Pain still travelling down right arm and pain in fingers
It has been 13 months now and still the pain persists It still goes back to the following day I had stent surgery nothing has changed except my bank account. I have been told I may have an Impinged Nerve following stent surgery ????
