Had Sterilisation Reversal Over A Year Ago Been Trying Nothing

Had sterilisation reversal over a year ago been trying nothing Happened 2 days ago started with sore breast that have got more and more painful there's lots of hard lumps and bit stingy never normally like this 8 11 days before period , last week had the most dreadful back ache at the bottom stomach feels like tightening also like period is coming cramps feel slightly sick inside feels all swollen , any advice ?
