Had Stool Routine Examination And Fecal Occult Blood Test Done

Had stool routine examination and fecal occult blood test done . The reason for this examination was I saw very tiny blood dots in my stools. From past 3-4 days the dots were appearing and disappearing. Today, I finally went for the examination. I am 24yrs old. The reports are as follows:
Colour: yellow -brown
RBC : Negative
PUS Cells: 2-3 WBC /hpf
Macrophages : Seen
Occult blood : Negative
Ova and parasites : Absent
Form and consistency : semi formed

What does my report say? Is there anything to be worried?
If I saw the blood then what's the reason? Then why there was no blood seen during examination.
