Had stopped taking omneprazole prescribed for Achalasia. Developed symptoms of pressure, heaviness, discomfort, bloating. After 8 months was told it was result of gas buildup. No tears, ulcers. Have been taking proton pump inhibitor for a month. Better but still very uncomfortable with bloating and gas in body. How do I help my body get rid of the gas? Esp under diaphragm?
