Had Tennis Elbow Since July On My Right Arm.couldnt Rest

Had tennis elbow since July on my right arm.couldnt rest my arms since I m right handed.now muscles arrea bit lumpy slightly hard on palation and tender. i massage regularly with armica oil, here and there I see red tp bluish discolouration like im bruised.
