Had Terrible Stomach Pains Last Night….very Sensitive To Touch…like Labor

Had terrible stomach pains last night….very sensitive to touch…like labor pains that wouldn't go away. Hadn't eaten anything other than toast and an energy bar. Pains started around 4o'clock and had been bent over til 4 in the morning. Finally subsided but stomach is very sensitive to touch. No temperature.
Did have some sweats and then chills. Those passed but pain persisted. Today I ate a little toast and some tea. I am vulnerable for Barrett's. What could this be?
