Had Total Hip Replacement Surgery Feb 22, 2016, And Three

Had total hip replacement surgery Feb 22, 2016, and three weeks later started having one mushy bowed movement every morning for over a month. Have little belching and excessive gas. Feel fatigue too. Stopped drinking my 2 cups daily coffee on. On., Apr 24. Have been taking omnaprezole and probiotic since I had bladder cancer in 2008, and have been fine until this started. Also, went to see hip surgeon on Apr 19, and mentioned I think I have a urinary infection. I have no bladder but do have an Indy pouch and I use A -4 French straight catheter to empty urine. He ordered urine test and I do have an infection. I continue to ha e mushy bowel movement once e dry morning and wonder what is wrong?
