Had Tubal Ligation 16 Years Ago. Haven't Had Cycle Since

Had tubal ligation 16 years ago. Haven't had cycle since end March/beginning April. I have been very tired lately but just brushed it off. Started having some discomfort on my lower right side. Gyn can not get me in for another couple weeks. Does this sound relatively normal or something I should be concerned.
