Had Ultrasound Of Growth On Rib Around 2 Months Ago.

Had ultrasound of growth on rib around 2 months ago. They said lipoma. Now it's grown a lot, seemingly almost over night. It now raps fully around my left rib cage and seemingly weaves between ribs all the way to my back. Have also had a fibromyalgia diagnosis recently. Hip bursitis also on right hip and shoulder. Could those also be lipoma? Dr. Google leads me to think possible Dercum's. Should I call pcp or rheumatologist? Rheumy didn't seem to care at all re lipoma or have interest to examine rib.
