Had Umbilical Hernia Repair And Doc Said I Can Go

Had umbilical hernia repair and doc said I can go back to Jazzercize class (warm up, dance a few songs and do strength training). I am going for the first time tonight and I adore the program, but I am scared , I think I may skip the floor exercises and just to the warm up and the first few dance songs. and leave.
I love the program and am afraid. And my stomach is still very huge.
