Had Unprotected Sex, Anal And Vaginal. Now Few Days Later

Had unprotected sex, anal and vaginal. Now few days later my vagina was itchy and light brown discharge. Normal odor, burning sensating around the outside when urinating. Couple days after discharge itchyness subsides and normal discharge, now tenderness of the clitoris and lips & clit a bit swollen. What could it be!? Also any free clinic in NYC area? Help!
