Had Upper Wisdom Tooth Removed 4 Months Ago. The Gum

Had upper wisdom tooth removed 4 months ago. The gum has harmed but it hard and purtrudes down beside my tooth. I have terrible headaches earache for last 4 weeks that extend from my temple to middle of my jaw, and cannot get pain relief using tablets. I can sleep and feel tired and worn out. Should o go back to the dentist my gum is rock hard like a tooth is pushing through. Both wisdom teeth are now missing on upper right
