Had Xray For KUB. While I Was Looking At The

Had xray for KUB. While I was looking at the film, I noticed a rectangular dark spot on my left hip, which has hurt for years. It has well defined edges and is dark grey on the film. About 3/8 inch by 1 inch. Should I worry? I was not given a report, just the film
