Hai, I Have Been Having Dry N Pricking Vagina And

Hai, I have been having dry n pricking vagina and inner irritation with white discharge sumtimes smelly, for past three weeks, I started getting dis after taking the I-pills. I used the candid -D inserting ointment but it didn't do any good. And now I have more pain even wen I walk n stand for long. What could this be??
