My periods was delayed by ten days I took abortion pill I got two hours heavy bleeding with clots and spotted for one week. 45 five days later I did not get periods but only pressure in vaginal area and my home test showed faint positive hence I took abortion pill again and got same bleeding and clots. Now I am again 45 days I got the same pressure and my abdomen often pains and test showed very faint positive kindly let me know I am weather I am pregnant totally this is 2oth week or I will get periods
