Hai Doc..I'm Now Suffering From Pimples On My Face..I Did

Hai doc..I'm now suffering from pimples on my face..I did some remedy like using sulfur soap eskinol and garnier but I think there is no effect..what Shall I do doc..I have an acne prone skin combination of oily and dry skin..Doc can you give any suggestions for this..pls..thank u
