25 years old, am an armed force person and having chondromalacia patella. is it may affect my duty and how can i overcome from that, its diagnosed as grade 1, can i fully recover from it with in a short period, am so tensed about my condition, the pain problems started from 2 months succeeded by twisting of my leg.
