Hai , Doctor How Are You? My Friend'has Psoriasis Since

Hai , doctor how are you?
my friend'has psoriasis since he is 18 years old, now he is 30 .
for last 5 years he get treatment from gp doctor.
The doctor will give him mtx tablets, creams, and tablets for itchiness also.
he inject him with the diprofos injection and combined with one other injections.

but since this month my friend stop the injection and medication from the gp.
he go for photo therapy treatment .
the doctor said the therapy must 29 cycle ( 3× a week).

After the session his skin breakouts really worst then ever...even he control his diet and follow the new doctors advice.
he can't sleep and the rashes occur whole body and the itchiness non stop even he took allergic tablets. ..
please advise what should he do and is there any other treatment that can help him?
he is really suffering and is that possible for him to get the biological injections treatment. ..
is the biological injections will gives more side effects or control his skin problems. Please advise. .
