Hai, I Have This Lump In My Left Breast When

Hai, i have this lump in my left breast when i was 19, , i thought it was normal because it change in size and get smaller after my mens cycle is done, i am now 24 and i decided to remove the lump through surgery, it was diagnosed as fibroadenoma. Now im really sterssed because i discover again a lump in my left breast again, and i guess its multiple?? Im afraid of another surgery.
