Hai Sir. I Am Having Lower Back Pain Left Side

Hai sir. I am having lower back pain left side from last 20 days. i had ultra sound which shows pelvicallyceal system prominent in left kidney. Doctor prescribed me urispas, nifron tab for fifteen days. But still the pain is not decreasing. It is not severe pain but not mild also. I am experiencing now lower backside sitffness and mild pain on both sides. I had ultra sound again which gave normal report. Serum creatinine is 0.9. Now what I have to take. I am afraid is their any possibility of kidney damage due to not taking right step from one month. Please suggest me. I am having so much fear.
